128 Hours.
The curriculum in Natural Resource Ecology and Management area of concentration in, NATRUAL RESOURCE CONSERVATION is designed as a broader curriculum in renewable resource ecology and management including courses from both aquatic and terrestrial systems. Graduates will be able to understand and work on complex environmental issues in multi-disciplinary teams that focus on land use, pollution, habitat loss, and biodiversity problems, all of which will continue to grow as human population numbers an urbanization increases.

BASIC SCHOLASTIC EXPECTATIONS.
* Complete English 1001 and one general education analytical reasoning course within the first 30 hours of study.
* Maintain an LSU and overall GPA of 2.0.
* Maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA in the major field.
* Students entering the program with 30 or more semester hours will take one additional hour of approved electives in place of AGRI 1001.
* Students must earn a grade of "C" or better in all required RNR courses.

RECOMMENDED PATH & CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS.
The RECOMMENDED PATH shows how one may complete the curriculum in 4 years. CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS must be met by the indicated semester to be considered making minimal progress in the degree.

Sem 1: BIOL 1201; CHEM 1201.
Sem 2: BIOL 1202; grade of "C" or better in RNR 1001 AND 1002.
Sem 3: BIOL 1208 & 1209 or CHEM 1212; MATH 1022/1431/1441; RNR 2039.
Sem 4: EXST 2201.
Sem 5: Grade of "C" or better in RNR 2101.
